Polynucleotides and Rejuran® – Natural Skin Regeneration Under Medical Supervision
Introduction
At Estetika Plus, we have been working with polynucleotides since spring 2025, when we introduced the medical product Rejuran® into our treatment portfolio.

What Is Rejuran®?
Rejuran® is a medical product intended for professional application by a physician.

Unlike traditional hyaluronic acid fillers, Rejuran® does not add volume – instead, it enhances the quality, smoothness, and overall appearance of the skin.
How Does the Treatment Work?

The physician evaluates the skin type and suitability for treatment.
Skin Preparation
The skin is cleansed, disinfected, and a 20% lidocaine gel is applied to ensure maximum comfort during the procedure.
Product Application
Using a very fine needle, Rejuran® is injected into the superficial layer of the skin with gentle micro-injections.
Skin Calming
After the treatment, small papules (“micro-bumps”) are commonly visible. They typically disappear within 24–48 hours.
The procedure takes approximately 30–40 minutes, and most patients can return to their normal activities immediately afterward.

Who Is Rejuran® Suitable For?
Rejuran® may be suitable for patients who:

Number of Sessions & Maintenance Care
The best results are achieved with a series of 3–4 sessions spaced a few weeks apart.
To maintain the effect, repeat treatments 1–2 times per year are recommended, depending on the patient’s age and skin reaction.
Aftercare

Avoid makeup and touching the treated area for 24 hours.

Avoid sports, sauna, solarium, and alcohol for 48 hours.

Use gentle hydrating and soothing skincare.

Protect the skin from UV radiation (SPF 50+).
Possible Side Effects
Temporary redness, swelling, or small bruises may occur after application. These usually disappear within a few days.

Is the treatment painful?
Thanks to the use of 20% lidocaine gel, the procedure is very well tolerated. Patients usually feel only slight burning or pressure.
When will I see the results?
First improvements can be seen after 2–3 weeks. The full effect develops over several weeks following a series of treatments.
